They say Third time around is a charm! Well these folks from Wichita Plumbing are real honest, down home feeling people! They treated my situation with complete attention and went above and beyond in their services and promises. They were punctual at arriving on time. They were caring enough to put down plastic and paper to minimize tracked in dirt and leaves. They checked everything that was described that was failing in my home. They left no stone unturned, with their repair work. Everything was explained and transparent. Had them install a water heater for us. My wife and kids were there during the install, Sean and Laura couldn't have been more professional and polite towards my family. My 7 yr old son was "helping" them or keeping them company the entire time and they were so nice and friendly to him. I had a basement drain backing up and put in a call to Wichita Plumbing Company and Sean was here within a few hours. He quickly diagnosed and confirmed that we had a blockage in the sewer line. He got his machine out after covering up all the traffic areas, removed the blockage and cleaned up after himself. I couldn’t be happier with the service and value that we received and will certainly provide Sean with more of our business if it is needed in the future. Thank you!!

I needed them to replace some piping. They were fast, inexpensive and very thorough. They needed to come back the next day to fix something that I thougth I "fixed", it's why I should have hired them in the first place. I would definitely hire them again.
